With two Bank Holidays and a half term, May is a month for pleasing the crowds! If you’re entertaining guests then check out our ideas for some easy tray bakes. Or if you simply don’t have the time, then take a look at Fatherson Bakery’s new ‘Taste of Homemade’ range of gluten free products, tray bakes and sponges – we won’t tell if you don’t!
With juicy Hayles Fruit Farm strawberries arriving in our stores in next few weeks, throwing together a dessert has never been easier – all you need is some great quality ice cream and a good meringue or two from Cotswold Homemade Meringues. Or you could take on a home baking challenge by having a go at The Ebrington Arms’ caramelised white chocolate, local strawberries & almond clusters… it’s a sure way to give your guests something to talk about!
